As part of Central CCAC’s ongoing commitment to quality improvement and patient satisfaction, National Research Corporation Canada (NRCC), an independent research firm, is conducting patient satisfaction surveys on behalf of all CCACs.
Researchers from NRCC are calling randomly selected patients and caregivers between January 17 and March 5, 2014 to ask about their experiences with the CCAC and the services they receive from CCAC-contracted service providers. The survey takes approximately 12 minutes.
