The Central West CCAC, Headwaters and Osler continue to work together to improve how patients in across the Central West region experience and access high-quality care. To support these efforts, the three organizations have developed a Joint Annual Business Plan and Joint Annual Quality Improvement Plan.
These documents guide each organization and outline what each will do in the upcoming fiscal year to achieve their goals. Together, the organizations have aligned goals so that each can have a more positive and far-reaching influence on patient experience across the Central West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN).

In addition, this October the Central West CCAC, Headwaters and Osler will open their doors to Accreditation Canada, a national, non-profit, independent organization that helps health services organizations examine and improve the quality of care and service they provide. The work to prepare for Accreditation and undertake it at the same time builds on the organizations' commitment to working collaboratively to benefit patients and families across the region.
