The website provides information on more than 3,600 programs and services geared to people living in Ottawa, Prescott and Russell, Renfrew County, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, and North Lanark and North Grenville.

"There is a multitude of health resources in the community, and every individual has different needs. Champlain Healthline helps caregivers find the right fit for their loved one, like finding the right puzzle piece," says Russ Morton, a caregiver from Renfrew.
The bilingual website is managed by full-time staff at the Champlain Community Care Access Centre (CCAC). This dedicated support ensures that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
People who do not have Internet access can call the Champlain CCAC at 310-2222 for help in getting connected with health and community services in their area.
