2013-2014 Annual Report

The Champlain CCAC is increasingly being recognized as a top healthcare employer. In 2014, we were named one of the National Capital Region's Top Employers. We also received a Gold-level Quality Healthcare Workplace Award from the Ontario Hospital Association and Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

These recognitions testify to the Champlain CCAC's commitment to attract and engage a highly skilled workforce. In fact, the results of our 2013 Employee Engagement Survey continue to show improvements − increasing between 10% and 25% since 2010 − in the areas of staff health and wellness, decision input, ability to take initiative, and trust.
