It has been a busy fall here at the Champlain CCAC—we continue to see record-high referrals for home and community care across our region. We are doing our utmost to serve as many patients as possible, as quickly as possible. Thank you for your ongoing partnership and support. Despite the current challenges, we continue to advance a number of key priorities identified in our Action Plan
Innovation is a central focus—it's truly exciting to envision a future where technology is a regular part of home care and monitoring. I'm pleased to share with you an update on our IMPACTT Centre, an innovation hub for home and community care introduced earlier this year. Learn more about some of the exciting new home care technologies we are currently testing.
In the meantime, we are continuing to enhance services available in community nursing clinics. An evaluation of our nursing clinics earlier this year showed high rates of client satisfaction and positive health outcomes. As such, we are looking to further increase clinic utilization and we are currently exploring opportunities to open a clinic in the Hawkesbury region. Read more about nursing clinics.
