Expenses directive
Home and Community Care Support Services Erie St. Clair is bound by the Broader Public Sector Expenses Directive issued by Management Board of Cabinet effective April 1, 2011. Accordingly, Home and Community Care Support Services Erie St. Clair has established expense rules applicable to Board Members, employees and consultants and contractors engaged by the organization to provide consulting or other services.

Accountability agreements
The Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) is a multi-year agreement. It supports a collaborative relationship between Ontario Health West and the Home and Community Care Support Services Erie St. Clair (HSP) to improve the health of Ontarians through better access to high quality health services, to co-ordinate health care in local health systems and to manage the health system at the local level effectively and efficiently.
