ESC CCAC CEO Inviting More Public Dialogue

Chatham, ON – Patients and the public are being invited to contact the CEO of the Erie St. Clair Community Care Access Centre directly.

In an effort to minimize any confusion about CCAC services and the future of home and community care, CEO Lori Marshall is publicizing her direct contact information and will make every attempt to respond to inquiries.

“It is so important that our patients, and prospective patients, know that home and community care is here to stay and that services will continue during the proposed evolution of the province’s health care system,” said Marshall. “By inviting people to contact me directly, it provides an opportunity for greater information sharing and further reassurance to patients that their care is our top priority.”

Marshall’s direct office phone line, cell phone number and email address are now available via her online profile on the Erie St. Clair CCAC public website: www.healthcareathome.ca/eriestclair. If Marshall is not immediately available, she will respond to messages as soon as possible.

In addition, patients are encouraged to contact the CCAC directly with any questions or concerns they have regarding their CCAC services.

“Our CCAC wants to hear from our patients or their family members whenever there are care-related questions, whether it is through their Care Coordinator or our Patient Relations Specialist,” said Marshall. “We are committed to delivering the best care possible and will work together with patients and families to resolve their concerns.”
