Nearly 100 more employees were honoured as either nominees or recipients of the six Employee of Excellence Awards. The recipients were:

“Our annual awards of excellence are based on our CCAC’s Strategic Directions and Enablers. Each and every one of the nominees stood out to their colleagues as individuals or teams that demonstrate exceptional work on a daily basis,” said Interim CEO Cathy Kelly. “Nominations were open to all CCAC staff and award recipients were selected by a group of their peers.”

“By honouring staff who are reaching years of service milestones, we are demonstrating to our patients that their care is being coordinated and/or delivered by an experienced and dedicated CCAC team,” continued Kelly. “Patients should feel assured that our employees will continue to be leaders in home and community care for years to come.”

The Erie St. Clair CCAC has about 450 employees serving more than 39,000 patients across Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton.
