Thank you, Jeewen Gill

During our Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 25, the Erie St. Clair CCAC bid farewell to a long-standing member of our volunteer Board of Directors, Jeewen Gill.

Jeewen Gill first joined our organization in 2003 as a member of the Windsor-Essex Community Care Access Centre's (CCAC) Board of Directors. He continued serving as a Director after the Chatham-Kent/Sarnia-Lambton CCAC amalgamated with the Windsor-Essex CCAC to form the Erie St. Clair CCAC.

"Volunteering as a member on the Erie St. Clair CCAC's Board of Directors was a great experience," said Jeewen. "My focus has always been to give back to my community. I learned plenty from my time with the Erie St. Clair CCAC through engagement with patients and families, community residents, partners and various staff members."

Mr. Gill holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Education degree in Math and Science. He has over ten years of business experience in the financial and service industry as owner and manager of a real estate and mortgage firm. His passion, skill and expertise serve him well in his tireless volunteer activities. In addition to his role at the Erie St. Clair CCAC, Mr. Gill is also a Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) Board Member, a Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County (MCC) Board Member, a participant in activities of his faith community and a sports enthusiast. During his time on the Erie St. Clair CCAC's Board of Directors, Jeewen was an active and valued participant on various committees and projects.

"Jeewen has been a valued member on our Board of Directors," said Lori Marshall, CEO of the Erie St. Clair CCAC. "Jeewen's knowledge of and passion for his community have provided exceptional insight and leadership in our organization. We thank him for his service and wish him the best of luck in all future endeavours."
