The Erie St. Clair CCAC Welcomes new Chief Executive Officer, Lori Marshall

Ms. Marshall joins the organization on May 1, 2014

Erie St. Clair, ON – The Erie St. Clair Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) is pleased to announce the appointment of their new Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Lori Marshall, RPh, BscPhm, MHA, CHE.

Ms. Marshall brings a significant breadth of knowledge and experience to the community care sector. As a former Vice-President at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, she was responsible for the operation of a variety of clinical programs and services where she was focused on delivering quality patient-centred care – a commitment she will continue to inspire in her new role at the CCAC.

"I am thrilled to be joining the CCAC and I look forward to collaborating with staff, health partners, patients and families to address the varying needs of the diverse communities of the Erie St. Clair region" said Ms. Marshall.

Educated as a pharmacist, Ms. Marshall completed her BSc in pharmacy at the University of Toronto. She has also completed a Master of Health Administration at the University of Ottawa and she is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

Tricia Khan, Senior Director of Patient Services for the CCAC will act as the organization’s interim CEO during the month of April, until Ms. Marshall assumes her new role as of May 1st, 2014.
