UPDATE: Windsor CCAC Clinic Re-opens

​We are once again providing services from our Windsor CCAC Clinic. Thank you for your patience over the last month. 

Updated as of 11am on Tuesday, October 4.

We are continuing to work from our temporary clinic in the same plaza as our CCAC Clinic on Tecumseh Road East in Windsor. 

For CCAC clinic services or to drop off documents, please go to Suite #500 around the plaza corner from Freshco. 

To pick up your home care medical supplies, please go to Motion Specialties at 5923 Tecumseh Road East Unit #1. If you normally pick-up supplies from either Sandwich Community Health Centre or Street Health, please continue to do so.

Our patients are our top priority and we will continue to serve our clinic patients in this temporary location until we are able to offer the same high quality and safe care in our CCAC clinic that our patients have come to expect.

Starting Saturday, October 1, 2016, a temporary clinic in the same plaza as our CCAC Clinic on Tecumseh Road East will be open.

Our main Windsor Clinic will remain closed due to the flooding inside the building. 

Our staff has contacted all patients who had appointments in our clinic on Thursday and Friday.

Due to ​the excessive rain overnight and this morning, we have had to close our Windsor CCAC Clinic at 5415 Tecumseh Road East due to a flood.

CCAC staff are contacting patients with appointments scheduled for today. 

​As well, due to some flooded roads in the area, some home care assessment visits in Windsor-Essex are canceled for today and will be rescheduled.

We will provide further updates as soon as available.
