Job Summary:

JOB TITLE: Full-Time Project Manager, Integration and Shared Services 

LOCATION: Erie St. Clair CCAC; Travel throughout the Erie St. Clair LHIN is required

SUPERVISOR: Senior Director of Corporate Services, CFO

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager, Integration and Shared Services is responsible for working closely with ESC CCAC and its community partners in building integration opportunities and/or developing a model for shared services. The successful incumbent would be responsible for promoting high quality integration and shared services that are both cost effective and resource efficient. The Project Manager, Integration and Shared Services shall achieve integration objectives by drafting a strategic plan, providing information and recommendations to a steering committee and have primary responsibility for execution of all integration projects.

 

EDUCATION

Post-Secondary Education in Business or Health Care

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or near completion 

​QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years' experience in project management
  • Knowledge of community health care
  • Familiar with various project management tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and set priorities
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven coaching, motivation and staff development skills
  • Awareness and understanding of sensitivity related to organizational differences
  • Demonstrated success in effective delivery
  • Ability to partner and collaborate for win-win solutions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Highly proficient computer skills and a demonstrated ability to use standard Windows software; including Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills
