"I want to extend my thanks to Mirene Gareau from your Milton office for recently guiding us through the recent crisis placement of my father into West Oak Village. From start to finish, she made herself available for all our many questions. From her initial assessment of Dad she showed compassion and patient understanding. I was also impressed at her attentiveness to the difficult decision this was for my mother. Mirene had a quiet sense of humour that made this whole process tolerable. Mirene had much to do with the success of our outcome from making sure he had supplies in the Home First program, to getting all the forms and equipment he needed. Although he faces another period of adjustment, Mirene helped us greatly at the end of a year-long journey, for which I am truly grateful."
