Share Care Council is a 15-member committee consisting of patients, substitute decision-makers and family caregivers — volunteers committed to improving home and community care. Formed in 2014, it's a partnership that ensures a direct voice for patients and families to inform the development of new programs and services at the Mississauga Halton CCAC.
Share Care Council is a direct means for the Mississauga Halton CCAC to learn what matters most to patients and their families. It is an authentic, engaging forum through which we gain tremendous insight to develop programming that meets the needs of patients and family members.
