Expenses Directive

The North West CCAC is bound by the Broader Public Sector Expenses Directive issued by Management Board of Cabinet effective April 1, 2011. Accordingly, the North West CCAC has established expense rules applicable to Board Members, employees and consultants and contractors engaged by the organization to provide consulting or other services.

Accountability Agreements

The Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) is a multi-year agreement. It supports a collaborative relationship between the North West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) and the North West Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) to improve the health of Ontarians through better access to high quality health services, to co-ordinate health care in local health systems and to manage the health system at the local level effectively and efficiently.
