ADDITIONAL AND ARCHIVED REPORTS
Previously, we were known as the North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network (NSM LHIN), at a time when we also led local health care system planning and funding. These planning and funding functions are now part of Ontario Health, a government agency responsible for ensuring Ontarians continue to receive high-quality health care services where and when they need them.
Prior to 2017, home care services were funded by the NSM LHIN, and operated as the NSM Community Care Access Centre (CCAC).
The below table offers information about Home and Community Care Support Services, including while we operated as NSM CCAC or NSM LHIN, and includes Annual Business Plans, Annual Reports, Accountability Agreements, Expense Reports and Audited Financial Statements.
