Business Process System Coordinator

Job Summary:

Temporary Full-time (75 hours bi-weekly, up to 18 months)

Office Location: Kingston

Reporting to Manager, Client Services Education and CHRIS Support, the Business Process System Coordinator is responsible for providing high quality support to users of the South East CCAC's  key business applications. This support will include analyzing business process concepts and methods, developing and implementing key business process applications and practice.

The successful incumbent requires strong facilitation and listening skills to be able to deliver training and education sessions to a variety of audiences. This incumbent must possess excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and set priorities. Demonstrated leadership, independent problem solving and critical thinking skills are required to engage others to ensure progress and outcomes.
