Rideau Community Health Services

Nurse Practitioner LLG-OHT- Provides primary health care with a strong emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. Closes Dec 7, 2021

OHT Implementation PlannerThe Implementation Planner supports the goal of the LLG-OHT of Connecting Mental Health and Addictions to Primary Care. The Implementation Planner role is to work in consultation with other OHT working groups and advisory committees to support the development of a model for connecting Addiction and Mental Health to Primary Care. The Implementation Planner will create a transition and implementation plan. (Closes November 24, 2021)

Senior Performance and Quality Improvement Analyst LLG-OHT The Performance and Quality Improvement Lead advances the reporting of data and performance measurements within an OHT/Integrated Care setting. The role will work in consultation with leads of the LLG OHT priority projects and committees to develop a performance and quality improvement framework for the LLG OHT.- (Closes December 1, 2021)


Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Care Centre

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner- (Permanent Full-Time- 28hrs per week)(Quinte West Location)- As part of an inter-disciplinary team, Nurse Practitioners provide comprehensive primary care services to a roster of clients at all ages and stages of the life cycle with an emphasis on those who are high risk and/or are experiencing barriers to accessing services.

Telephone Screener (Part-Time Temporary Contract) - The Covid-19 Telephone Screener is responsible for conducting telephone calls for Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre Clients to pre-screen clients prior to scheduled appointments utilizing the approved Ministry of Health Covid-19 screening tool. These telephone calls will be conducted from an on-site location at either the Belleville or Quinte West location. Closes November 26, 2021 at 5 p.m.

Level II Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist (Permanent Part-Time) - The Level II Dental Assistant/Receptionist provides assistance to the Oral Health Program primarily by providing reception duties. These duties include: maintaining an accurate and up-to-date schedule in an electric documentation system (Dentrix); responding to client and partner enquiries by phone and in person; processing new client applications and regularly checks client eligibility for payment; and facilitating specialist referrals and claims submissions. Posted until filled.

Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital

Manager of Diagnostic Imaging & Cardio-Pulmonary Services-  The incumbent will provide key influence in the development of departmental goals and objectives. S/he will plan, implement, manage and monitor all aspects of departmental financial, human, equipment, information system (PACS and Meditech RIS) and participate in visioning for the future across two sites. S/he will maximize efficiency, effectiveness, quality and safety of Diagnostic Imaging operations and a range of cardiopulmonary services, including associated clerical support functions. (Closes December 10, 2021 at 4pm) 

Clinical Informatics Specialist- (Permanent Full-Time) - The Clinical Informatics Specialist is responsible for the planning, design, development, training, implementation, evaluation and support of clinical information systems initiatives. The position brings the clinical knowledge and leadership required to lead clinicians, departments and programs through business process and patient flow redesign.
