The Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) is a multi-year agreement that enables the South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) to provide funding to the South West Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) for the provision of services. It supports a collaborative relationship between the South West LHIN and the South West CCAC to improve the health of those in the region through better access to high-quality health services, to co-ordinate health-care in local health-care systems and to manage the health-care system at the local level effectively and efficiently.
