Cynthia Martineau

ceo, HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE support services


Cynthia has more than 35 years of clinical and health system leadership experience. She joined the former South East LHIN (now Ontario Health) in 2007. During her tenure, she served as Vice President responsible for Home and Community Care, as well as other senior leadership roles.

Cynthia assumed the role of Interim Regional Lead Ontario Health East/CEO Champlain, South East, Central East LHINs in January 2021 at the height of COVID-19 Wave 2, and led the region’s response to the pandemic while supporting three Home and Community Care organizations through their transition on July 1, 2021.

Prior to working with Ontario Health, Cynthia served as a nursing officer in the Canadian Forces in various roles from clinical care to operational deployment oversight of all aeromedical evacuations. After 21 years of proud service, she retired as the Commanding Officer of 24 Canadian Forces Health Services Centre.

Cynthia holds a Master of Sciences in Health Science as well as the CHE designation since 2003 with the Canadian College of Health Service Executives.

Daryl is a strong leader who’s been with the organization since 2013, formally with the CCAC. Daryl has held various senior roles with the LHIN, including Director and previously the interim Vice President of Home and Community Care. Before coming to the LHIN, Daryl held senior leadership positions in community care and social service agencies. He has significant experience and skills in planning and coordinating organized and effective service delivery within various health and social service environments.

Interim Corporate Services Lead, Human Resources, Home and Community Care Support Services

Vice-President, People and Talent management, home and Community Care Support Services (Erie St. Clair, Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant, South West, Waterloo Wellington)

Miranda Ingribelli has over 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience, beginning her career in 1999. As a VP of HR, she oversees human resources for Home and Community Care Support Services in the South West, Waterloo  Wellington, Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant and Erie St. Clair regions.

Miranda began her career in the private sector working in a complex multi-site international environment. Seven years later, she joined home caree as an HR manager and was promoted to Human Resources Vice President in 2015. She has an MBA with a major in Human Resources, a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in HR, a Diploma in HR Management, and is a Certified human Resources Leader (CHRL). As a leader she believes in putting people and patients at the heart of every decision made.

Vice-President, Resource Stewardship and Chief Financial Officer, Home and Community Care Support Services (Erie St. Clair, Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant, South West and Waterloo Wellington)

Cindy Ward has over 25 years experience in financial, risk, human, information and physical resource management, as well as policy, control and governance processes. Prior to joining HNHB CCAC in 2014, Cindy held positions as Chief Financial Officer with the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR), Director of Finance and Administration and Chief Internal Auditor with McMaster University, Chief Internal Auditor with the Hospital for Sick Children, and various positions with KMPG Chartered Accountants.

Cindy is a Chartered Professional Accountant with CPA Canada (formerly the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants) and has an Honours Bachelor of Administration degree from Brock University.
