As you're aware we've had a flooding incident at the Toronto Central office. Because of this, we've had to make alternative work arrangements for staff while the cleanup takes place. The senior management team is continuing to work diligently with the building administration to have the situation resolved.

Due to the extent of cleanup required, more time is needed to restore the offices to normal. For this reason, we ask that tomorrow and Friday, you continue to work in the alternative arrangements (6th floor office, East and West offices and remotely. Non-client services staff will be contacted directly by their managers.

Please do not remove your laptops from the offices as they may be required by other staff who may need to work at your station.

The CHRIS refresh scheduled for this evening is going ahead. Some staff have not yet had their Internet Explorer 10 update and may experience difficulties. We ask that they please call X3838 where additional staff will be available to answer questions and provide support.

We also understand your concern about your personal possessions and work stations and have had many requests from staff about visits to the 2nd and 3rd floors to retrieve important items. Managers will be arranging these visits tomorrow with their respective staff members, we will provide you with more details about this in the morning.
