The Board of Directors of the Waterloo Wellington Community Care Access Centre (WWCCAC) is pleased to announce that Dale Clement has been named Chief Executive Officer.
"Ms. Clement has considerable expertise in healthcare management and works effectively to develop lasting relationships in the healthcare sector," says Brian Cowan, Chair of the WWCCAC Board of Directors. "She has a clear focus on how best to meet the healthcare needs of patients and families in the community."
Clement is currently Chief Operating Officer and Clinical Integration Lead at Halton Healthcare Services in Oakville. She has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including positions with the Mississauga Halton CCAC, the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant CCAC, St. Peter’s Health System, and Bayshore Home Health.
Clement has a proven track record of building strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders. She is a champion of change and transitional management and was a leader in the initial development of the Home First philosophy.
She holds an MBA and a Masters of Nursing from the University of Athabasca, and a BScN from Ryerson University.

Clement is expected to join the CCAC on January 26. Barry Monaghan will continue as interim CEO through the transition.
