Job Summary:

Description:  We are looking for an energetic and committed person to work in the Waterloo Wellington region and work closely with the Waterloo Wellington CCAC to ensure local stakeholders receive maximum value from by:

  • Reaching out to community services to collect health care information and support their use of
  • Identifying further opportunities for community partnership
  • Supporting site data and content management activities
  • Organizing special community events such as caregiver recognition awards
  • Supporting Waterloo Wellington CCAC staff regarding

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who:
  • has a post-secondary degree in a related field o has experience in community engagement and relationship building
  • knows the local health system, particularly within Waterloo Wellington
  • has a familiarity with web-based data and content management
  • has good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • is willing to regularly travel o wants to make a difference in the lives of thousands of people
  • as an asset, is bilingual (English and French)


Salary:  TBD

Terms of Employment:  Full-time (1 year contract)
