Barbara Bell leads provincial work to drive high quality patient care by establishing key quality improvement processes and imperatives. Her guidance and oversight focus on patient safety, quality and risk, performance, and regulatory compliance. By developing a new provincial Quality Framework and Policy, Barbara established a common approach to quality improvement and performance across Home and Community Care Support Services to drive excellence in care and service delivery. Lisa Burden leads the delivery of patient care services for Home and Community Care Support Services across the province. This portfolio is fundamental to our mission of assisting our patients to be healthier at home through connected, accessible, patient-centred care. Chief Corporate Service Officer & CFO
Karin Dschankilic leads the development of corporate services strategies, as well as provides direction and oversight for financial planning, financial controllership and management. With an incredible responsibility to Ontarians, Karin and her team manage approximately $3.3 billion of public funds. Karin’s oversight defines and drives finance programs, policies, systems, services and models within the broader framework of Home and Community Care Support Service’s mandate and mission, vision and values. A veteran health systems strategist, Marla Krakower provides leadership for home care modernization. Through her work, she has established collaborative planning tables with key health system stakeholders to enable innovative home and community care delivery models within Ontario Health Teams. Her portfolio includes a far-reaching change management plan to prepare leadership, staff, partners, as well as patients, families and caregivers for the future of home care delivery, while safeguarding the uninterrupted delivery of high-quality care. Lisa Tweedy provides strategic leadership, direction and oversight for the development, implementation and evaluation of human capital and organizational development strategies that promote system alignment and enable delivery of patient care.
